Yoga is my medicine. My daily practice keeps me sane, present and healthy - and I cannot imagine my life without it.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga helped me heal and recover from Lyme Disease... when I first began to dedicate myself to regular time on my mat, everything changed; my body and mind became stronger and more flexible and everything else fell into place.
About My Yoga Offerings
It is my mission to share the benefits yoga can bring with compassion and inspiration. Trained as an E-RYT500 instructor in The Rocket, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, I believe that yoga is for everyone, and thus one to one sessions are tailored to the student's needs, combining breath and movement in order to create transformation and change.
Yoga is 'union' - union within ourselves - body, mind, heart and breath - but also as a community.
