Welcoming the turn of the seasons with movement, breath, cacao and stillness - accompanied by poetry and original songs - co-created by Débora Gonçalves and Lena Younes.
Join us as we weave our favourite modalities into an intimate evening to welcome the darker, more inward part of the year - a journey of embodiment and presence, supported by ceremonial cacao and our own creative offerings.
